We offer exchange or shop credit on our heirloom pieces from Kite and Butterfly's cottage within 7 days of receiving the item. Shipping charges are non refundable. All items must be unworn and shipped in it’s original packaging. Please send an email for the exchange or credit to kiteandbutterfly@gmail.com with your order number, items must be shipped back at own cost. All sales are final for orders placed outside of the USA.
