Shipping and returns: We try to process your order as quickly as possible shipping within 7-10 business days. Vintage items will ship within 3-5 days. We offer exchange or shop credit on our heirloom pieces from Kite and Butterfly's cottage within 7 days of receiving the item. Shipping charges are non refundable. All items must be shipped in it’s original packaging. Please send an email for the exchange or credit to kiteandbutterfly@gmail.com with your order number, items must be shipped back at own cost. All sales are final for orders placed outside of the USA.
